can't get into my Xfinity address book

can't get into my Xfinity address book

When I'm in my Xfinity/Comcast email on my PC (Windows 7, IE 10) and try to access my address book an error page with a weird message pops up saying:   "Oops there seems to be a problem. Let us fix it and this can be our little secret. Please wait 30 seconds and try again. 403 Could not sign user in." Of course, I wait 30 seconds and try again and the same thing happens. What??
