Re: can see email on home page

This is a little confusing-----can you access your email or not?  Are you getting to the Inbox?

Re: can see email on home page

About 2 weeks ago when I log on it would show me the number of emails I had, now it doesn't show me the number of emails

I have to click on either of the EMAIL on the home page to get my EMAIL, Yes it does go to my inbox and shows me my email.

Re: can see email on home page

First, try just refreshing the page and see if the counter shows up.  If not----------------

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session.

If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser and see if you can duplicate the problem that way. If it works OK then you will know the problem probably lies with the first browser. eg: if you are using Internet Explorer, try Chrome or Firefox.

If you are using IE 10 or 11, make sure Compatibility mode is enabled for comcast.net. You will find it in IE under "Tools".

Re: can see email on home page

I fix it.

Found out that under Manage Add-on, XML DOM Documents was not ENABLE. Enable it now it works fine.
