What do you see when you open either folder?  Do you have both folders set up under Preferences>Email icon.

Which browser/ version are yiu using?

Did yiu clear your cache?

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

I use the e mail provided by Comcast

 

I use IE ,    yes cleaned Cache

 

Win 7\

 

If I want to see spam or sent in folder, I see how many, but not verbiage. I can delete, but can't see.

 

I'm not computer profient

Did you click on any if the emaik messages sowing in tgecFooders to Oort them?, to open them?

Don't understand youe question. I just send to spam without opening or if I send a message I can;t see it at a later time
