Re: baidu hijacked my email

Immediately change your password.  A strong password has upper and lower case letters, some numbers, and a chracter or two.

also- Please look in your Sent Folder and see if any of those emails are showing there.

Post back please!

Yes the messages are showing in the sent box, that is how I know they are being sent. Thank you for replying. I will wait for your reply before I change my password.

Re: baidu hijacked my email

Someone has gotten access to your password since they are showing in the Sent Folder.  So YES, now immediately change your password to a strong one.  IF you also use a smartphone or tablet, you must change your password there too, so it matches your Comcast password.

Go to:QUICK LINKS on the Xfinity homepage and scroll down to Reset password.  Click there.
