How can I stop my email from automaticaly responding with the message "I will get back to you ASAP"

If you have the new "Appsuite" webmail ("connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/..."), see

    (gear icon) / Settings / Mail / Auto Reply


If still have the old "Zimbra" webmail ("web.mail.comcast.net/zimbra/..."), see "Set up Auto-Reply Messages" on https://www.xfinity.com/support/internet/xfinity-connect-advanced-features/


If you didn't set up the auto reply message you have now, you should change your password and perhaps give Comcast Security Assurance a call at 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
