I've attempted to import contacts from Google and Yahoo, unsuccessfully. Each time, I'm told that there was an error, or that the .csv files are not valid. Any ideas?

The address book is supplied by a company called Plaxo.  Try going to their website and signing in there using your Comcast User ID and password, and then try doing the transfer from there------------------------
