Re: attacing files to emails

It is, and it makes sence to click on it to choose what is wanted to be attached. However, it never has worked. Nothing happens. More importantly, the only way I can access my email is to restart Xfinity. Maybe I should uninstall, and wait until the bugs are worked out...

Re: attacing files to emails

I just tried it and it works OK for me.  Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session.

If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser and see if you can duplicate the problem that way. If it works OK then you will know the problem probably lies with the first browser. eg: if you are using Internet Explorer, try Chrome or Firefox.

Also, you can't "uninstall" the new format.  Once you switched over that account it cannot revert to the old format.
