attaching jpg files to an email

attaching jpg files to an email

I have successfully attached hundreds of jpg files to emails in the past. However, now I am unable to do this. When I try to attach a jpg file, it appears in the body of the email instead of as an attachment. I can still attach word documents, but not jpg files. Any solutions?

In tgevarrachment window make sure that you do not have the option to 

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
