If you are still in the old email format, from the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>>>>Email>>>>>>>Accounts. There you will see the process for enabling external accounts. However, I have found it to be difficult to work with when using certain email providers like Yahoo. At one time you had to have a Yahoo Mail Plus Premium account to use this feature. Yahoo no longer offers that, so I'm not sure what the status is for Yahoo accounts in Comcast. I have been unable to get my Yahoo account to work in it.
If you are in the new format, adding external accounts is supposed to be an available feature, but so far it has not been enabled. So at least for the time being, I would suggest that you go the opposite route---------enable your Comcast email in Yahoo as an external account. Outlook.com, Gmail and Mail.com all have that feature too, as well as others.
Of course, the best alternative is to use a desktop email client like Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail or some other.
