address book

I have been trying to access my address book for the past hour to add a new contact.  It is just spinning. I hit "cancel" and I receive this message:  "Failed to start application. Maybe you have connection problems. Please try again".  Nope, I don't have a connection problem, everything works fine on other sites.  I did try again, about 10 more times and the same thing happens.  I really, really, hate the new email.  Is it possible to change my email back to the old version until Comcast fixes all the issues?

Re: address book

Once you have been migrated to the new format, you cannot revert to the old one.  Try clearing your browser's cache/browsing history, then re-start it in a fresh session.  If that doesn't do it, try with a different browser.
