Re: address book

You would export the address book from Outlook to your computer---usually on the desktop to make it easy to find--------then import it into the Comcast address book.  For the Outlook end here is how to export as a .csv file-------------------

https://www.lifewire.com/export-outlook-contacts-to-csv-file-1173667

If you are still on the old email format in Comcast, from the Inbox page click on Address Book, and on the landing page click on "Build your Address Book".  Then click on the Import button you will see, and then click on the csv Import button.  You just navigate to the file you saved on the desktop and finish the import.  If you are on the new email format, on the Inbox page go to Address Book, and on the next page click on "Address Book" in the left pane to select it, and then on the little "hamburger" icon to the right, then click on Import.
