After adding a new contact in my address book, how do I add their name to an existing group?

Select the contact in the address book, and in the toobar above it you should see the option to "Add to Group".

In the new XFINITY Connect you can either drag the contact to the group you would like them to be in, or you can add the group in the Edit Contact screen
