I am trying to create two new email addresses for my children and I have gone to "my account" and then to "user/preference" but only my email is listed, there is not a tab to click on like it shows that says "+ add a user".  I have spent an hour on this, the whole right side of site shows how to manage text alerts, can someone please tell me how to add users?

Your account must also be the primary account in order to create additional email accounts/users.

@BruceW created a post that explains this process and what to do to change it by reading his original post here:

Double check your UserID with the Lookup tool at https://login.comcast.net/myaccount/lookup. After you enter the requested information you'll see a list of the UserIDs on your account and an indication of which one is Primary. Be aware that the Primary UserID online doesn't always correspond with a name on your billing statement.

If your ID is not Primary, you'll have to ask the Primary user for help. If your ID is Primary but you still don't have access, contact one of their reps at the phone number on your bill or 1-800-Comcast, or chat with them athttps://www.comcastsupport.com/chatentry/ and have them fix the problem.

The Support Forums are "public" forums and you should not post identifiable information (full name, account number, address, phone numbers & email addresses).  Users of these forums are Comcast customers, the same as you & me and volunteer their time to assist with the issues and/or problems that you may be experiencing.  Please ensure your post is in the correct Forum to begin with.  Please do not send me Private Messages for personal help but instead use the Forums to allow everyone to read and offer comments to assist you.  Comcast employees are identified with RED lettered User Names.
