adding jpegs to e-mails

I am trying to add a jpeg picture to an e-mail, but as soon as I put it in, it won't let me send it. what am I doing wrong?

Are you trying to INSERT it into the body of the email, or are you ATTACHING it to the email?  How large is the jpeg?  In the compose window, click on ATTACH, a new window like the one shown below comes up.  Now click on BROWSE and browse to where you have the jpeg stored.  Click on OPEN.  Now you are back in the Compose window.  IF YOU
