accessing email on the xfinity home page

Xfinity changed their home page and I now cannot access the email portion of their website. I sign in and click on the email icon but always get bounced back to the home page. Using WIN8 IE11.

Crazy thing is I can access via Firefox but do not want to use Firefox.

Anyone else with this issue?

I have cleared and deleted history but still not working

Re: accessing email on the xfinity home page

Under Tools, click on Internet Options.  Next click on Compatibility view to enable it.

Also try using any of the other links to Email... There is one for example, at the top of the page and another st the very bottom of the page.
