The devices that I pause on xFi are not pausing. I have children that need to have devices paused but the devices are not pausing. I have tried with the Xfinity xFi app and with the online account on the PC. I have verified that the device is connected to our WiFi and not some hotspot.
Please advise. I know that other have been having this problem too.
