Xfinity new email format

Xfinity new email format

In my new Xfinity email mine will sometime show 10-12 emails, when in reality I only have 5-6 
In order to get the email to show read I must search through all emails and see where the other email are imbeded, how do I change this to just the emails that I haven't read?

Are you in the old email format or the new one?  How do you have your emails set to sort?
