Xfinity.com stops working when using iE11 windows 10 OS.

XFinity.com consistently crashes with IE 11  on my windows 10 pc. I really prefer  IE11 as my default browser in lieu of Edge Browser. Are there any particular settings I should use? Also when I log into Xfinity.com home page and click sign in to open my email 2 windows open one ( access my account) and the other email.Access my account continues to spin.

Try clearing out your cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out IE-11 and re-start it in a fresh session.

If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser and see if you can duplicate the problem that way.  Also, in IE-11, make sure you have compatibility mode enabled for Comcast.net.  You will find it in the Tools menu.
