Xfinity ads blocking access to My Account

Xfinity ads blocking my account. I cannot close it I cannot open it I cannot get away from it in anyway to access my account help help help help help

Try clearing your browser's cache/browsing history, then close and re-open it.  If that doesn't do it, try using a different browser.

Already cleared browser history and cache I'm not using a different browser because this one always works is just recently since this ad popped up that I cannot get rid of it. Add needs to go away. Thanks

I should have been more clear I use an iPad with Safari as a browser I don't like using the Xfinity connect app so much doesn't do everything I wanted to do

Are you suing only Safari to access the mail?  Or are you using the Mail app that came on the iPad?  I don't have an iPad, but maybe you should try using the app if you're not.
