XFinity account access bar at top of homepage fails to load

When accessing the XFinity homepage from my work desktop to access my email, the page always looks like the attached picture.  The account toolbar fails to load unless I navigate to the email link at the bottom of the page.  This happens with Edge, IE, and Chrome.

Re: XFinity account access bar at top of homepage fails to load

Have you asked your IT people or system admin at work about this?

Re: XFinity account access bar at top of homepage fails to load

Hi bbeauchaine8740, sorry to hear you are having an issue and thanks for alerting us. Can you try going to https://polaris.xfinity.com/ and let me know if you see the navigation on that page? That will helps us idenfify what is causing the issue.

Thanks,

Eric

Re: XFinity account access bar at top of homepage fails to load

I am having the same problem on both chrome and safari on my mac.  Trying that link on both browsers gives this error:

This site can’t be reached

polaris.xfinity.com’s server DNS address could not be found.
Try running Network Diagnostics.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Cookies and cache were cleared several times. Had this issue several months ago and it seemed to have fixed itself until 2 weeks ago.

Thanks for that info. That helped us determine the cause of the issue, which we're now working to resolve.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
