XFINITY My E-Mail

I have not received any e-mail since May 3. I may have done this while I was trying to find a way to permanently

delete / opt out of  continuious e-mail ads from a Bad website every day.

Check to see if you have the Safe List enabled.  If it is, only emails from addresses you put on that list will get through to the Inbox.  From the Inbox page, go to Preferences>>>>>Eamil>>>>>Safe List to check it.  If it's on, disable it.
