Wink Hub and xFi

Wink Hub and xFi

When I subscribed to xFi my Wink Hub ceased to become connected to the internet but continually connects to the gateway network. Have tried c/s with Xfinity and Wink and they say no solution.

beno127 can you provide a little more about what you're experiencing? Is your Wink Hub not connected to the internet wirelessly?

beno127, sure. I guess you could call in to see if someone else can give a bit more perspective. I've looked and there wasn't a lot of detail left as to what was done. If it does happen again, I'd be able to send it to the proper team to be addressed once more.
