Windows Mail

I am not able to receive new mail via windows mail.  I keep getting an error.

I logoff, disconnect, restart, shutdown  etc.  Can any one solve this for me?

This link should get you started.  Using SSL on port 110 for POP3 probably wouldn't work.  Generally, we'll recommend you use IMAP anyway.

Are these the settings.......where do I find them?
