Windows 10 Upgrade

I just downloaded the free Windows 10 upgrade and now I cannot get my Xfinity homepage to set as a default and it appears that I have lost my Norton program along with all my passwords.  Help please.

For the homepage issue:

 

  1. Select More (…) on the address bar, then Settings.

  2. Under Open with, select A specific page or pages.

  3. Choose one of the default options or select Custom to enter the URL of another page you’d like to see each time you open the browser.

  4. To save, select the plus button.
