Why is comcast deleting my mail folders

Why is comcast deleting my mail folders

i logged on today and my TODO folder is gone. This was an existing folder that i was using to store information. 

 

This is the same thing that comcat did to a folder i created last year to save my emails - one day it was just deleted

Hello,

 

Are you using xfinity connect or a mobile app? If you are using xfinity connect if the folder was place outside the inbox,sent,drafts,spam and trash folders then I dont see why it was deleted. I have many folders outside and they

never got deleted.

 

If it is a subfolder then I heard that they might get deleted but why I dont know?.

If the folder you created was a sub-folder of one of the default folders, it would be subject to whatever deletion schedule you had the parent folder set to .  So if you had it under Trash, then it would be deleted after 30 days at most, and so on.  Do you recall where you had it placed?
