Why does my email show me as "Hello, Guest"?

New Poster

Why does my email show me as "Hello, Guest"?

My wife and I both have our own email accounts. When we actually get into our respective email listings, it shows "Hello, Guest" and then sign-out below that.

We can work fine with the mail itself, but when we select sign out below the Hello, Guest, it takes us to an OOPs page and we have to Refresh which takes us

back out to the home page and we can see we are signed out.

Thanks for any feedback!

"Hello Guest" is a known issue that will disappear when you are migrated [eventually] to the new email format.
