Why does comcast block emails with links instead of putting them in my junk folder?

Why does comcast block emails with links instead of putting them in my junk folder?

I've noticed whenever I sent emails from my work account to home with important URLS (such as to Blue Cross and Blue Shield) the email gets silently blocked.  Why? What is the policy about when my PRIVATE incoming emails will be read and filtered without my consent or even being informed that I am missing potentially important communications.

You need to call Comcast security and see if they can get you sorted out.  If there is a blocking issue for that domain they will be able to tell you------------

In the past seven days, I see two such messages.  If you're worried they're being marked as spam, enable your spam filter and spam folder.  Messages marked as spam will then go to that folder.  You can then mark them as "Not Spam" and help train the filters.

I called and left my information with them.  I have not received a call back as promised.  I continue to have important email silently blocked from multipels sources, and not showing up in any spam or junk folders.  I am clearly missing important emails and this is a big problem.

Please send me a private message with the senders you believe you're missing messages from.  I'll take a closer look
