Why Is Comcast Forwarding HTML Email as Plain Text?

Ever since I reset my password after the recent SNAFU, my email has been misbehaving. First, it appears that it no longer forwarded, so I re-added the forwarding information. Now, however, Comcast seems to insist on forwarding all mail as plain text.

I checked my Comcast email preferences and, both, Composing and Reading are set to HTML. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I didn't have this problem before the password reset, and the account I forward to has no problem displaying HTML or Rich Text email sent from other sources. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
