You can't. Comcast email does not have a "whitelist" feature. When legitimate messages get to the Spam folder, you just start marking them as "Not Spam" to help train the filters. This usually takes time. If it persists with a particular sender, you can call Comcast security and see if they can help--------------------

I don't LIKE the answer but you certainly did answer my question. I wish Comcast DID have a White List - i.e., a place where I could list senders whose messages I will always accept. Meantime - I THANK YOU for your reply.
Comcast does have a Safe List. HOWEVER, if you use it, you will only get emails from contacts on that list. Nothing else will get through. So it's still not quite the same as what most people would call a whitelist.
Thank you Latoque. I AM aware of that possibility but, as you suspect, that's not what I want. That would exclude anyone sending me email who needs to do that but who is not listed. Thanks again.
