Check to see that the filters are still in place.  On the Inbox page click on the gear icon in the upper right corner, then on Settings.  Under Mail you will see Filter Rules.  Open that to see them.

The filters I had set up under the old "Zimbra" email didn't work after my account was converted to "Appsuite". I had to go through each line of each filter and re-select all the conditions and actions / folder names before they started working again. You may have to do llikewise.

Re: Where are the Email filters i new EMAIL UI

Hello,

I'm having a similar issue I just recently started using my comcast email and set up filters for my messages to go into the folders I setup but they don't appear to be working. How can I fix this? I thought I had everything correct but as you can see from my attached screenshots it's not working...
