What is up with the email portal?

What is up with the email portal?

The email portal has always been slow and I only use comcast email when I really have to, however lately its been super slow and a terrible pain. Is comcast working on improving the email portal to work with the users? Or should I abandon this format and use the other, more reliable, resources?

Are you getting any kind of error message when you try to open your email?

Most of the time no; every once in a while I get a "comcast is not running due to a long running script".

I thought it might have something to do with the ads on the right hand side. Once they finally pop-up I can make a move, then they disapear and I have to wait for them to pop-up again. Just a thought.

Same here with IE 11.  Firefox seems to be working a lot better!

Good to know. I'll try other browsers.

It's funny that the most expensive internet provider (full disclosure: they do have good to great internet service) does not have a very functioning email platform, and they are pushing users to use other services. Sounds like a poor business plan; and the problem can be fixed pretty easily.
