What has happened to Comcast webmail?

What has happened to Comcast webmail?

For the last 3 weeks or so Comcast webmail has been sending non-spam material to my spam mailbox--even AFTER I tag the items as "not spam." It's also opening my inbox in complete random order with no regard to date received.

PLEASE fix this, or at least acknowledge the problem.

The spam thing is callled "hitting on false positives".  Just keep marking them as not spam to help train the filters.  It may take some time to do this.  Also, do you have your message list set to sort by date?  If so, do you also have the Conversation view disabled?

There is no "sort by" tag that I can find, nor can I find "conversation view."

And I've been labeling the same emails "not spam" for weeks, yet it keeps happening.
