Way to archive my comcast.net emails?

Hello,

I need to archive some of my comcast.net emails.  Is there a program or procedure that I can down load comcast.emails to a thumb drive or external hard drive (Windows 7 or 10)?  After download I need access to the emails to open , read, sort, and if need be import back into my comcast email.

Thanks,

Email Expert

You would need to enable the account is a desktop email client like Outlook, Windows Live Mail, Thunderbird or some other.  Then the emails are on the computer and on the server.  Ideally you should back them up to an external drive too.
