Warning: unresposive script

Warning: unresposive script

Both my Mac and my PC keep getting Warning: unresposive script messages

 

This only happens with comcast email on both the Mac and PC

 

The same email can opened OK on my phone or iPad

 

Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated.
