Want to change e-mail deletion schedule, can't find the tab to do this???

Want to change e-mail deletion schedule, can't find the tab to do this???

Cant find the preferences tab in xfinity connect to change the default e-mail deletion schedule.  Can someone please tell me how to do this in 2017.  I'm on my desktop. Not mobile.

 

Please help.

If you are still on the old email format, from the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>Email>>>>Email Deletion Schedule.  If you are on the new format, there are no schedules you can control.  Trash is defaulted to 7 days, and Spam to 30 days.  All the others will keep messages indefinitely until you delete them.
