New version update from Norton:

Please bear in mind that since NSS does not use a Norton Account, certain parts of this update are not provided to NSS users.

•Added a link to launch Norton Forums from the Help Center UI
•Added the ability to directly Add a Device from the Help Center UI

 

Comcast NSS is not included in the announcement - however I have notified Norton and hopefully the announcement will updated in the not to distant future.

 

Any additional comments/questons please start a new thread in the forums.
