This has been an ongoing issue ever since Comcast switched to this new email format. I am unable to get to my primary email account this morning...Will not load. Nobody at Comcast cares..not Customer Service when you call them. Rarely does anyone from Comcast post here to offer any kind of help. Clearing cookies and switching browsers is not the solution. The problem is on Comcasts end ..not ours. It appears they just don't care .
I've been having the same issues, can't get in to read my emails at all today. Other days it has been a struggle and long wait. Comcast has connection and server errors, very frustrating!
If you can't get out the bugs, PLEASE return to the old format. Thank you!
Just spoke to yet another Comcast Customer Service Rep. Unable to help..just said the "engineers" are aware of the issue and working on it. How about issuing every Comcast user one free month since we are paying for something we aren't getting?
