Unsolicited email advertisements as a result of recent policy of Comcast/Xfinity

How do I get rid of unsolicited email advertisements sent from web.mail.comcast.net/zimbra/mail?app+mail # (many numbers)?

 

I am 80 years old.  I resent this invasive intrusion of my private email.  I have Kaspersky Total Security that will not even allow me to open many of these ads and I delete them which is a waste of my personal time and use.
