Uninstall browser

I'm having problems with my email account.  Very often, all icons for responding, deleting, forwarding disappear.  Also, when I click on the message, I'm sent to a blank page and am unable to read my emails.  How can I uninstall and then reinstall the browser without losing my data?

Hi Reckman703!

Depending in the browser you are using, you just need to transferred that information to another browser.
Bookmarks.
Favorites.
save password.

Now be aware that the information can get lost ( that happens sometimes), if you are going to do it make sure to check before deleting the browser then re-adding the browser will let you transferred that content again to it, but again verify the information that you are sending to the other browser.

Or another way is to reset the browser if you can tell which browser you are using I will tell you how to reset it( not safari).

Before you uninstall the browser, try clearing history and then restarting it in a fresh session.  If that doesn't do it try with a different browser.  You could also try resetting it to it's original specs.  You won't lose anything but you will have to re-enable any extensions you had in it.  How you do a reset depends on which one you are using.
