Unable to use Thunderbird, but can use Mailbird

Unable to use Thunderbird, but can use Mailbird

I am trying to switch from Mailbird to Thunderbird for my email program.  I found the following instructions on the comcast help section and followed them (except for the typo on the outgoing server hostname - should be smtp.comcast.net).

Please note that I am POSITIVE that the username and password are correct.  I logged into Comcast to verify.

 

It does not work.  Any suggestions?

 

I am at work behind our firewall, but as mentioned, Mailbird works.
