Unable to receive or send e-mails to certain e-mails

Hi, for the last 3 - 4 weeks I am unable to send or receive e-mail from certain people, I was able to communicate for years without no problems, we tried both my comcast accounts but none worked. One I use MS Outlook the other one I sign on to xfinity/ comcast to get my e-mails

 

Yesterday the sender finally received an error message, anybody has some ideas how to resolve this for good, I am not sure how many other messages I am not receiving.

Comcast email can be problematic when the other party is in another country.  Start with Comcast security------------------
