Unable to receive Comcast Emails in Outlook 2010

Friday morning at 11:00 I was able to receive emails from comcast via outlook 2010.  since then I am unable to receive incoming emails.  I am able to send email.  I have checked my settings against the recommended ones and still getting this message...'The operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or internet service provider (ISP).'
