Unable to find an acceptable username

This is infuriating! I am setting up a secondary user on our account, and every username I select is REJECTED because it "might be reserved or profane." One of the names I tried was the totally made-up name of a horse I used to own, it's highly unlikely there's any person in the world with this name. I even tried that name with a 999, for sure there's are 1000 humans with this name. There is no help section for finding email help via chat. Would a Comcast rep please post a contact here that I can use?

I've seen a couple of other posters with a similar issue lately.  This is not something you can fix yourself.  So I'm escalating it to the forum admins for further review.

Hi DressageVid -- Apologies for the issue with creating a secondary user ID. We've been made aware of that issue and have worked to create a fix. You can try again now to see if the names you choose stick.
