Unable to Access Account.

Unable to Access Account.

My wife tried to access her account  and she kept getting an error message. When we accessed the users on my account it says her account was suspended.  We dont know why. When we tried to re-activate  or remove her secondary account, it says " User ID can not be blank.". When we try to put an ID in it comes up with another error message. I called Comcast and got no results. Here is a screen shot of what we get.Screenshot (44)a.jpg
