Trouble sending mail to comcast.net

I am having inconsistent trouble sending mail from my domain to comcast.net

A common error is "Remote Server returned '< #4.4.7 smtp;550 4.4.7 QUEUE.Expired; message expired>"

I sent in a request to have my IP removed from the block list and was told it wasn't there.

I cannot narrow down when are why the messages are blocked.

Any help would be appreciated.

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
