Trouble printing from within the Comcast Mail program

To Comcast help:
My PC has trouble printing only E-mail to my printer. It was working for several months but has developed a problem.
I have an H.P. 8620 Office Jet Pro and am using Microsoft Edge as my browser.
When I print a file, Word document or a PFD from the Windows File Explorer, there is no problem. When I try to print an E-mail from the Comcast Mail application, it does not load the page into the Microsoft Edge Print program.
When I test the printer with the Microsoft Printer Trouble Shooting program it says the printer is not selected as the default printer. Yet it shows the default symbol when I check the printer device in the Control Panel.
I think re-installing the Comcast Mail program could fix it. How is that done?
