Transfer Users

How do we have email transfered from one account to another? Example: Our son and daughter-in-law are moving in and would like to keep their comcast email addresses.

I think what you are asking is possible, but it would have to be done before cancelling service.  Start by calling Comcast security and ask them how to proceed-----------------------

 

Comcast Customer Security Assurance-------------------

Normal business hours (6:00 am to 2:00 am EST, 7 days a week)
