Total number of emails and folders

I have quite a few folders on the comcast server for my email.  If I go down the list and hover the cursor over the folder name, I can see how many emails are in that folder.  But that is tedious.  Is there a way to print a list of all my folder names?  Is there a way to see how many emails I have in total?   I do not use Outlook.
