Time Stamp Bug

Time Stamp Bug

There is a bug in the email time stamp. The time sent is 5 hours earlier than actual time. I have tried to resolve this via Chat twice to no avail. I cannot access Preferences or General Tabs = only a picture appears relating to Voice. I am using a Windows 10 laptop with IE11. My husband's Chromebook has the correct time stamp but he also cannot access General Tab.

Re: Time Stamp Bug

I'm sorry to hear your times are off. Can you try making sure your time zone is correct.

Check your computer's time, but also, check your time zone in XFINITY Connect.

Click the Cog in the upper right

Click Settings

Click Basic Settings

Make sure your Time Zone is set correctly.

I hope that fixes it for you.
