There is no option to add a secondary user to my account

There is no option to add a secondary user to my account

Good evening all.


We just set this account up today and I wanted to add all of our family on the account and under users there is literally no button to add secondary user.


Could it be that it actually isnt installed yet or is something broken. Technician is coming this saturday to install cable so I dont know if thats why.

You just sign in with tgecPRIMARY USERNAME AND PASSWORD.


Athen click on MybAccount.  Next click on tgecUsersvand Settings tab.  At the end ofvtgevriw you will see "Add a User". Click there.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
